Tim Slaughter - 

Tim serves as CEO of Caddo Office Reimagined, a growing network of neighborhood office buildings designed for small business owners, entrepreneurs, and remote professionals who want the professionalism of a real office and the productivity that is so hard to achieve in a home office. Caddo currently operates 10 locations across DFW, with more on the way. What makes Caddo different? We own our buildings outright and develop from the ground up—allowing us to plant roots in residential neighborhoods rather than dense urban cores. That gives our members a place to work that’s near home but not at home—with the structure, credibility, and community they need to thrive.

Tim co-founded Caddo Holdings in 2009 alongside Dustin Schilling and Justin Engler. We’ve spent the last 16+ years acquiring, developing, and managing commercial real estate across Texas, with a particular focus on long-term ownership and value creation. Prior to Caddo, Tim built his career in commercial real estate finance, development, and asset management. I earned my MBA in real estate finance from UT Austin, and my undergraduate degree in industrial distribution from Texas A&M.

 Tim is NOT an AI expert, rather just a small business owner attempting to affordably and intelligently access this new resource to help grow his business.

Hemant is an experienced entrepreneur and founder with deep background in IT and Digital Solutions of over 23+ years. Successfully collaborated with diverse teams across various cultures and countries, facilitating agile deliveries and fostering innovation. He specializes in IT consultation, guiding technology startups and business IT leaders in achieving excellence in digital innovation initiatives.
