Contest will take place at the Silos at 1:30 pm.

General Setup

• Contest will take place on the Silos in Celina outdoor stage.
• Contestants must be 18+ to compete.
• Limited to 10 contestants (day of sign up at Chamber tent).
• Each contestant gets the same number/size of brats.

Eating Rules

• Contestants must start with hands on the table.
• All brats must be eaten completely.
• No sharing or throwing away food.
• Judges must see an empty mouth before time is called.

Timing & Winner

• Time limit: 5 minutes (adjust based on fun factor).
• Winner = most brats eaten in time limit.
• Tie = fastest to finish one more brat in a 1-minute eat-off.

Safety

• Water available for all contestants.
• Anyone who feels unwell must stop immediately.
• Chamber reserves right to stop contest if unsafe.

Prize

$100 Gift Card – to a local Celina business. The Celina Chamber has pre-purchased a variety of gift cards from our local shops, restaurants, and hangouts. Winners will get to choose their prize from the set of cards on hand.
