Instructions for Wine Crawl Participation – 2026 Wine Crawl on the Square

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2026 Downtown Celina Wine Crawl. Please review the information below before completing the sign-up form.

Event Details
The Downtown Celina Wine Crawl will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 5:00 to 9:00 PM in downtown Celina, Texas. This annual event is a local favorite and consistently sells out, with approximately 500 participants expected this year.

We are curating a lineup of 10–12 wineries from around the area. Participating wineries will be hosted inside shops and boutiques around the downtown square, creating a lively and engaging experience for attendees.

Participation Requirements
By signing up, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Provide wine samples for up to 500 participants. Compensation of $1 per ticket sold, up to $500 total, will be paid via check on the day of the event.
• You may sell your wine directly from your table during the event.
• Promote the Wine Crawl on your social media platforms and website a minimum of three times prior to the event (additional promotion is greatly appreciated).
• If possible, donate one bottle of your choice for the Wine Crawl raffle.

Additional Details
• Wineries are responsible for their own setup, including tables, cups, trash cans, and supplies.
• Wineries are responsible for their own cleanup at the conclusion of the event.
• This event provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your wines to an enthusiastic audience in a festive downtown setting.

Timeline
We would like to begin promoting participating wineries as soon as possible. Please submit your interest by February 2, 2026. If you need additional time, let us know—we would be honored to have you as one of our vendors.
