Agreements are due Monday, November 3, 2025.

The City of Celina and Celina EDC invite you to support the annual Gift Tour in Downtown Celina during the peak of the holiday shopping season. 200 attendees will participate in this year's holiday shopping experience. Sign up to be a Sponsor for the 2025 Celina Downtown Gift Tour! #ShopLocal

Gift Tour Sponsor Agreement & Policies

Sponsor Agreement of Participation

Sponsor Guidelines

  • Sponsor receives the opportunity to place a gift or item in 300 attendees bags.

  • Sponsor grants the Celina Chamber of Commerce the right to use his or her name and likeness obtained in connection with participating at the Event for any publicity and advertising purposes.

  • No political promotion.

  • Sponsor must conduct themselves and dress in a manner appropriate to the event.

  • Sponsor acknowledges they are not a spokesperson for the Event and will direct any on-site media inquiries to Event personnel.

  • Sponsor agrees to promote event on their own social media channels and website.

  • The event organizer holds the right to refuse participation to anyone because of non-compliance with the guidelines. This will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

  • Any participant in violation of these policies will be permanently removed from the event and no refund will be given.

  • The Celina Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to reject any and all advertising.

    Sponsors agree to hold the Celina Chamber of Commerce harmless from any and all liability arising from any and all claims made against the Celina Chamber of Commerce regarding their particular sponsorship and assume all liability for all content of advertisements printed.

    Sponsorship payment is due 10 business days after receiving email notification.  If Sponsor does not sign agreement and make their payment by September 30th, we cannot guarantee Sponsor's logo will be included in printed promotional material. No Refunds.
