Gift Tour - Gift Stop Policies *

Agreement of Participation

I agree to be open and ready for sales by 10 AM on the day of the event. I agree to remain open until the close of the event at 4 PM. I understand that violation of these requirements will affect my ability to participate in future events coordinated by the Celina Chamber of Commerce.

Gift Stop Guidelines

• Photo(s) of gift(s) are required to be submitted with the agreement. The gift pictured in the photo must be the gift you are giving away to ALL 300 attendees.
• Please note that if the gift you submit does not meet the $10 minimum value requirement, you may be asked to provide an alternative gift idea. 
• Business must be open for the entirety of the event 10 AM-4 PM.
• Business must conduct themselves and dress in a manner appropriate to the event.
• Business acknowledges they are not a spokesperson for the Event and will direct any on-site media inquiries to Event personnel.
• Business grants the Celina Chamber of Commerce the right to use his or her name and likeness obtained in connection with participating at the Event for any publicity and advertising purposes.
• Business may not shut down or depart from their business during hours of operation. Any business who leaves before the conclusion of the event will terminate their right as a business/vendor for future events.
• The Celina Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items or property.
• The event organizer holds the right to refuse participation to anyone because of non-compliance with the guidelines.
• Any participant in violation of these policies will be permanently removed from the event.
